Main Teriyaki and Burger sells its last burger
The Main Street burger joint announced earlier this month its closure and sold its last burger early Wednesday after community members raced for last chance at the famous teriyaki burger.
Main Teriyaki and Burger closed indefinitely Wednesday afternoon, much earlier than posted business hours, after community members raced for a chance to eat at one of Santa Ana's non-corporate burger joints.
The Santanero was there Tuesday prior to a city council meeting. While staff worked their last shifts, customers hoped to eat and reminisce.
Scene was founded in Brighton in 1993, at a time when news stories about Pride protests were considered radical.
